Error loading feed data

This is an old issue with versions below DOCman 1.4.0.stable, you are encouraged to upgrade to that version as soon as possible. The cause of the problem came when Joomlatools moved the website from.org to .eu. You can fix this issue using the below steps or by updating to the latest version of the 1.4.x or 1.5.x series.

  • In the administrator menu, click Extensions -> Module manager
  • Click the 'Administrator' tab
  • Edit the item called 'News' (mod_docman_news)
  • Change the feed url to http://feeds.joomlatools.eu/docman
    • The issue is solved in DOCman 1.4.0 stable. It's highly recommend to upgrade
