The anti-leech system in DOCman could be preventing all downloads.
In Joomla!'s administrator, go to:

  • Components
  • DOCman
    • Configuration
    • Click the 'Security' tab
    • Add your site to the list of allowed hosts. Use a pipe symbol | to separate hosts.
