Public can not download

This in most cases comes down to the global DOCman configuration not being set to allow guests to do so, you can change this by:

  • Components
  • DOCman configuration
    • Permissions tab
    • find the option "Guests"
    • In the drop down list select "browse, download and view"
  • Click Save

If this only works for some files and not all of them then check your document level permissions.
