Public can not download

This in most cases comes down to the global DOCman configuration not being set to allow guests to do so, you can change this by:
- Components
- DOCman configuration
- Permissions tab
- find the option "Guests"
- In the drop down list select "browse, download and view"
- Click Save
If this only works for some files and not all of them then check your document level permissions.
